Wedding Invitation F.A.Q.
After you place your order You will receive an e-mail from our company with ordering instructions for submitting your personal wording. Once we receive your wording, you will receive an online proof for your approval within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Holidays. If any changes need to be made, we will make the changes and resubmit another proof for your approval.
Mail standard invitations 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding. Push this timeline to 10–12 weeks ahead for destination weddings or holiday weekends
Order 10 to 15 extra physical invitations. Use these for addressing mistakes, late guest additions, and copies for your photographer’s flat-lay photos.
Save-the-date cards should be sent out 6–9 months prior to your wedding.
Invitations
Wedding Invitations should be sent to your guests six to eight weeks in advance of your wedding.
Standard printing service for wedding invitations takes 3-4 business days from the time of proof approval. Once your order is completed and shipped you will be notified and we will forward tracking information.

Set the deadline for 3 to 4 weeks before the wedding. This provides a buffer to track down missing responses before your caterer’s final headcount deadline
Wedding website should be included on the save the date. You can also include your website on your detail card.
Never print registry links on the main invitation card. Direct guests to your wedding website link on a separate details card instead
Wedding Invitations are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Confirmation. The United States Postal Service Mail option is slated to deliver between 3-7 business days from the date of shipping but is not guaranteed.
